Returns & Exchanges

At SPELAB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SPELAB account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
