Description
Don't Let a Plastic Fitting Leave You Stranded.
Whether you drive an older 2011 workhorse or a brand new 2024 High Output Super Duty, the factory hot side intercooler pipe remains a weak link. The OEM design often utilizes restrictive bends and weak plastic connectors that are prone to cracking under high boost—especially when towing heavy loads up a grade.
Upgrade to SPELAB Reliability.
Our High-Flow Hot Side Pipe Kit is engineered to fix the factory flaws permanently. By replacing the stock plumbing with T6061 Mandrel-Bent Aluminum and a precision CNC-machined turbo adapter, we ensure your engine gets the airflow it needs without the risk of a blowout.
Why Choose This Kit?
-
Fixes the Weakest Link: Replaces the failure-prone factory quick-connect system with a billet aluminum adapter and heavy-duty clamps.
-
Unlock Performance: Smooth, consistent diameter tubing reduces turbulence, allowing for faster turbo spool-up and lower EGTs.
-
Custom Fit for Your Engine: We offer specific fitments for both the Standard 6.7L and the new High Output (HO) 6.7L, ensuring a perfect seal every time.
Fitment
Standard Output (Fits Most Trucks)
-
2011-2022: Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 (All Models)
-
2023-2025: Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 (Standard Output Engine ONLY)
Note: The Standard Output engine typically features the "6.7L Power Stroke" badge in red/black.
High Output (HO)
-
2023-2025: Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 (High Output Engine ONLY)
Note: The High Output engine typically features a red "6.7L HO" badge on the door or fender. Please verify your VIN or window sticker if unsure.
Key Features
-
CNC-Machined Turbo Adapter
We ditched the unreliable factory connection for a precision CNC billet adapter featuring high-temp O-rings and a secure retaining clip mechanism. Eliminates the #1 source of boost leaks at the turbo outlet. -
Mandrel-Bent T6061 Aluminum
Unlike crushed factory pipes, our tubing maintains a constant internal diameter through every curve. Reduces airflow restriction and turbulence, resulting in sharper throttle response. -
5-Ply Reinforced Silicone Couplers
Engineered to withstand extreme heat cycles and high boost pressures without swelling or bursting. Provides "set it and forget it" reliability, even for tuned trucks. -
Constant-Tension T-Bolt Clamps
Includes heavy-duty stainless steel spring-loaded clamps. The springs compensate for thermal expansion/contraction, preventing boots from popping off during heavy towing. -
Direct Bolt-On Installation
Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM pipe with no cutting or ECU tuning required. Get your truck back on the road in under an hour.

FAQ
Q: How do I know if I have the "High Output" (HO) engine?
A: The HO engine was introduced in 2023. If your truck is 2011-2022, you definitely need the Standard kit. If your truck is 2023+, check your door badges for the red "HO" lettering, or check your VIN. The turbo outlet geometry is different, so the pipes are NOT interchangeable.
Q: Do I need to tune my truck after installing this pipe?
A: No. This is a "hard part" replacement that improves airflow efficiency but does not alter emissions equipment or sensor readings. No tuning is required.
Q: Does this work with aftermarket turbos?
A: Yes, as long as the aftermarket turbo (or "drop-in" turbo) maintains the stock location and outlet orientation. It works with both VGT and non-VGT setups that use the factory discharge angle.
Q: Why is the CNC adapter important?
A: The connection between the turbo and the hot side pipe is the highest pressure and highest temperature point in the system. Factory plastic clips often fail here. Our CNC metal adapter ensures a leak-free seal that lasts the life of the truck.
